Ingredients

  • 350 grChicken Liver
  • 500 mlWater
  • 1 inchpiece of Ginger
  • 2 pcsbay leaves
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tbspVegetable oil for stir-fry
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspsugar
  • Ground spices:
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 5 pcsred fingers chilli
  • 1 pcsmedium shallot
  • 3 pcsred chillies
  • 3 pcsroast candlenut / 2 pcs roast cashews
  • 1 inchpiece of ginger
  • 1 inchpiece of galangal
  • Aromatic ingredients:
  • 2 pcskefir leaves, tears
  • 1 pcslemongrass, smash it

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the chicken livers thoroughly. Briefly boil for 10 minutes with bay leaves, ginger and salt. Once cooked, remove the chicken livers and cut into small pieces, then set aside.

    Blend the spices with chopper.

    Heat the oil. Once hot, add the ground spices and aromatic ingredients, stir-fry until cooked and fragrant.

    Add chicken liver, 100ml water, salt and sugar, mix well and cook until the water is absorbed. Switch off the stove, then remove from heat and serve.
