Finger Millet, also known as Ragi. It is an excellent source of natural calcium which helps in strengthening bones for growing children and aging people. I made sprouts ragi cutlets. This recipe is so easy,tasty and healthy.

Finger Millet, also known as Ragi. It is an excellent source of natural calcium which helps in strengthening bones for growing children and aging people. I made sprouts ragi cutlets. This recipe is so easy,tasty and healthy.

Wash and soak ragi overnight and then drain the water and tie-in a cotton cloth keep to sprout for one day.then ragi sprouts add in mixi jar and grind it.

Then transfer to a bowl add mashed potatoes, onion, carrots, corn, green chilli, ginger paste, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar.

Now add lemon juice and corn flour mix it well.

Shape in cutlet. Rubb in corn starch. Put tawa on medium flame and shallow fry till crisp and brown.

So sprouts cutlets are reddy.serve and Enjoy with catch up or chutney.
