Ingredients

  1. 1/2 (1 package)bacon, chopped
  2. Sauce
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoonbacon grease
  5. 1 lbground meat (sausage, beef, turkey… whatever is on hand)
  6. 14.5 ozcan Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  7. 28 ozcan of baked beans
  8. 16 ozcan Tomato Sauce
  9. 1beef bullion cube
  10. 1/2 cupbeer
  11. 1 ozwhiskey
  12. 1 tablespoononion powder
  13. 1.5 tablespoongarlic powder
  14. 1.5 tablespoonchili powder
  15. 1 tablespoonItalian seasoning
  16. 1.5 tablespooncumin
  17. 12 ozbag of corn
  18. 16 ozbox pasta, Al dente

Cooking Instructions

    Brown the bacon and set aside. Reserve the grease.

  2. 2

    Use 1 tablespoon of bacon grease to sautee the onion. About 5 minutes.

    Add ground meat and brown it. Drain the grease away when cooked.

  4. 4

    Add fire roasted tomatoes, baked beans, tomato sauce, bullion cube, beer, and whiskey.

  5. 5

    Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and cumin.

    Mix well and simmer on low.

  7. 7

    Add cooked pasta, corn, and half the bacon, then stir.

  8. 8

    Top with shredded cheese and remaining bacon.
