In a bowl mix the spices with olive oil, and coat the chicken cutlets with it. Let it marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

Heat up the griddle. Cook and mark both sides the chicken breast.
Brush the apricots half’s with a bit of olive oil and grill them. - 3
In a small saucepan, cook together at moderate heat, balsamic vinegar, water apricots, oregano, and let the sauce to thick, let apricots fall apart.

Serve the grilled chicken with apricot sauce and griddle apricots.
