Marinate the chicken with the first marination

Then marinate with second marination

Optional but if desired for a smokey flavor after the second marination make a hole in the centre and add a burnt coal for 5 mins with lid closed to add smokey flavor

Then take a chicken piece and dip into the flour
- 5
Then take out from flour and dip into normal water without moving chicken about so much

Then dip back into the flour and knead well until well covered in flour, lift up and shake off the excess

Air fry at 190C for 15-20 mind or deep fry in oil until inside is 75C cooked
