Take 1 cup of heaped milk powder and put 2 tbsp melted ghee. Rub it with finger
tips.
2. Knead milk powder with water { like flour } and keep it in a microwave bowl.
3. Put it in the microwave for 1-1/2 minutes.
4. Take it in another plate and cut it with a knife, so that it cools down faster.
5. Then grind it in a mixer / chopper { like granules }. - 2
Take a pan and mix crushed coconut, sugar & saffron nicely & keep the mixture aside for 10 minutes
2. After 10 minutes, switch on the gas, put your pan on it & cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes
3. Now add mawa & cook till it leaves the sides of pan. Then add a pinch of cardamom and mix it nicely.
4. Transfer in a greased tray, level it & sprinkle little cardamon powder.
5. After 1/2 an hour, when it has cooled down, garnish with silver warq.
6. Cut it into pieces the next day & serve.
