1cup of rice in the bowl then wash it with water properly. Do this for at least three times next transfer this into a deep container. Then add twice as much water into the container.

Now add turn on the flame and salt ghee.Cook it on high flam for a minimum of 8 minutes. After 8 minutes cover the lid and let it cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Now after 3 minutes turn off the flame and keep the rice aside.

Take aserving bowl and garnish with coriander carrots and chilli.
