Rinse the Ragi with water, and soak into warm for 5 to 6 hour

Now pour ragi on sieve, remove all water put the sieve in warm place cover it with lead....sprouts will come to the Ragi after 6 to 7 hours

Now in a mixer grinder grind the sprouted ragi,rava,green chilli and yoghurt.ferment this mixer for 5 to 6 hour or use eno if you want to do instantly

Now put the dosa pan on the flame.add some oil and put the batter on the pan.add some chopped onion and tomato,cordiender leaves....add some butter or oil.fry the utapam from both side

Eat the uttappam with samber or chutney or sauce
