Pumpkin tamarind gravy
Steps

Take a small portion of pumpkin,peel out the skin,cut into small cubes.

Soak small lemon size tamarind in hot water, squeeze out the tamarind water, keep aside.

Keep a kadai on stove,add oil,let it heat,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves,red chilli fry for few seconds,then add pumpkin cube pieces,mix well.

After few seconds add red chilli powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt mix well. Add tamarind water,let it cook for five minutes.

Let the raw smell goes out, gravy become thick, mix well and remove, pumpkin tamarind gravy is ready.

Transfer to serving bowl. Super tasty pumpkin tamarind gravy is ready to serve.

This gravy goes well with plain rice and roti.
