Collect all given ingredients for making maida burfi.

Keep a kadai on stove,add ghee,let it heat,add maida, fry till become thick.Keep aside.

Keep another kadai add sugar pour water mix well, let it boil till one string consistency.

Keep maida,ghee mix kadai on stove, pour sugar syrup mix well till become thick, it leave sides. Remove from flame.Burfi mix is ready now.

Divide the thick burfi mix into three equal parts. Keep one part separate, other one part mix Orange jel colour. Orange colour mix is ready. Another part add green jel colour mix well.Keep separately.

Take a squre bowl apply ghee, add prepared green colour maida mix first,level it. Then add white mix. Level it, last add orange mix. Level it.

Keep the prepared burfi bowl in to refrigerator for half an hour, remove and reverse to a plate, cut it in equal square pieces.

Tranfer to serving plate. Superb tri colour maida burfi sweet is ready to serve. Tasty tri colour maida burfi sweet is ready to taste. Enjoy.
