Ingredients

  1. 1heart romaine lettuce
  2. 1/2 lbdeli corned beef (I have it chopped rather than sliced)
  3. 1 cupSwiss Gruyere shredded cheese (Swiss works well too)
  4. 1 cupsauerkraut
  5. 2 tbspcaraway seeds
  6. 2 tbspchives, chopped
  7. Dressing
  8. 1 cupmayonnaise (I use olive oil mayo)
  9. 1/2 cupketchup (I use no sugar added)
  10. 2 tbspspicy brown mustard
  11. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  12. 1 tbspchives, chopped
  13. 1 tspfresh dill

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. 2

    Combine all salad ingredients and dress to taste.

  3. 3

    If you’re a crouton person, rye croutons are the best. If you keep it keto, we add crispy onions. Enjoy!
