Proso Millet/ Pannivaragu in Tamil is an excellent substitute for normal rice. An easy healthy curd rice with handful of ingredients.
Steps

Wash and soak proso Millet for 3-4 hrs.

Drain the water add 1/2 cup water and cook well on medium flame.
- 3
Mash well, add salt, asafoetida, fresh cream, milk and mix well.
- 4
Add Curd, Pomegranate mix well.
- 5
Heat oil, add mustard, chana dhall and let it splutter well.add to the proso Millet Curd Rice.

Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
