I just came up with this recipe one day.

-Please be careful not to burn the garlic during Step 2.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsYour preferred ground meat (I used pork this time)
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1/2Carrot
  4. 2King oyster mushrooms (optional)
  5. 2 cloveGarlic
  6. 1 tbspCurry powder
  7. 2blocks Japanese curry roux
  8. 2 tbsp●Ketchup
  9. 2 tbsp●Milk
  10. 1●Soup stock cube
  11. 300 ml●Water
  12. 2 tbspVegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince all the ingredients. Finely mince the garlic, but roughly chop the other ingredients...

  2. 2

    Add oil and garlic in a pot or a frying pan, then turn on the heat. When fragrant, add the onion, and stir-fry.

    When the onion becomes wilted and translucent, add carrot and king oyster mushrooms, and continue stir-frying.

    When the ingredients are almost cooked, add ground meat, and continue stir-frying. Add curry powder and stir-fry to coat the ingredients.

    Add the ● ingredients and simmer for about 10 -15 minutes.

    Add curry roux and dissolve. Add your favourite secret ingredients! I use instant coffee.
