Chikuwa, Snow Pea, and Sesame Vinegar Miso Mix

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

This is the sesame vinegar miso that my grandma always made. My grandma liked to eat this with lettuce and broccoli. I also eat it with various ingredients such as cucumbers, celery, chicken.

-You won't be able to adjust the taste of the ingredients when you add the vinegar miso to the bowl, so add to the bowl with the chikuwa and snow peas instead, and adjust to suite your taste.
-If the flavor becomes too strong, then add in ground sesame to adjust. Recipe by Snow*Love
