  • 1little red or white onion 🧅
  • 4 clovesgarlic 🧄
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/4 cupfresh lime juice 🍋
  • 2 tablespoonschopped coriander
  • Salt and pepper

    Peel the avocado. Puree with the a fork.

    Chop the tomato and onion finely.
    Grate the garlic. Add chopped coriander.
