Eat with tortilla chips, spread on bread or eat with green salad.

I love making this for a late night snack or to put it on toast or sandwiches or pretty much everything 😊

This dish was inspired from my sister's neighbor next door from Guadalajara. My sister owns three avocado trees. Her next door neighbor, Mrs Castillo always makes unique dishes from her country. I thought it would be a great gesture for me to make her guacamole with a twist, She loved it. The bacon gives it a nice crispy texture and slightly salty beautiful flavor. Remember you can modify this recipe to make it your own baby! Have a great day!

This is a variation of a Mexican recipe. Enjoy it with some Aperitif, salad, chili con carne, tortillas, rice, and more. It's one of my family's standard dishes.Just mix all the ingredients together and chill it in the refrigerator. Be sure to use a ripe avocado. Adding lime will give it a lovely scent. If you don't have green chilies, use regular chili peppers. Recipe by Brandy

I have always been a fan of guacamole dip and I remember my mother making this ever since I was a kid. So when I tried to make it myself I updated the ingredients to make it a tad bit more healthy. Please feel free to let me know what you think!

Fresh ripe ingredients, no other dressings or flavorings needed. Made daily in small quantities, served and finished on the spot. In winter, I added a pinch of coriander and Cayenne pepper, because winter vegetables are usually bland.
