2British sausages (I used Italian style one)
1/2small red onions
2 clovessliced garlic
1fresh mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven with high heat and pizza stone if you have. I used 275℃ with pizza baking setting.

Chop and slices red onions, garlic, mozzarella. Remove the skin of sausages and then cut them into small pieces.

Wash rockets and dry them out. Put them aside. You will put them after baking pizza.

Roll and stretch the pizza dough on a table or baking tray with floured.

Spread extra virgin olive oil and passata

Put toppings onto the pizza base. You should put mozzarella at last.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper as you like

Bake the pizza in the oven roughly for 10 mins. You should check inside the oven from time to time. Don’t cook it too much.

Serve the pizza with a large plate and put the rockets on it nicely! Enjoy!
