Wash the liboa add in a pressure cooker add pinch of salt and watm1 glass water. Place the lid give 5 to 6 whistles on high flame. Lower the flame cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Clean the cooker. Add oil heat it. Moderate the heat add jeera and hing in goes chopped onion stir fry until light pink. Add puree with ginger garlic paste add in the masala and mix it.

Now add boiled eyed bean's along with water cover lid for 3 minutes. In last add lemon juice and jaggery and Coriander leaves.

Finally ready eyed bean's curry with raita roti and chapati.
