Heat ghee in a pan.roast the rava for 10 minutes on low flame or till it becomes light pink in colour.

In a same pan add ghee. Add besan and roast it on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes or till it becomes pink in colour and aromatic.
Now add milk in besan.roast it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.

Now mix roasted rava and roasted besan and keep it aside
Add sugar and water. Boil and stir continuously till it becomes one string consistency. Switch off the gas.
Add rava besan mixture in it and mix well

Add sugar syrup in a mixture of besan and rava mix well Keep aside for minimum 2 hours After each 1/2 an hour interval mix the mixture well.
Make the laddu and you can store this laddu up to 25 days
