Scrap skin of spiny gourd. Then cut into half. Now add to hot water and boil for two minutes,remove to cold water and drain.

Now remove inside part of spiny gourd in mixing jar.

Now add onion, garlic, chillies, coriander leaves and peanut and churn to fine paste.

Take chickpea flour add water,salt and soda bi-carb,make a smooth batter.keep aside for 10 minutes. Now fill paste in spiny gourd deep into chickpea batter and fry till golden brown. Relish it hot.
