Mushroom Pizza Mushroom Pizza
Mushrooms are the best pizza topping. Fight me. 😆 What makes this particular mushroom pizza so good is browning the mushrooms before putting them on the pizza. It cooks off the water thereby maximizing flavor and preventing sogginess. Cooking it on a pizza stone crisps the pizza nicely, but isn’t a requirement. Check out my pizza dough recipe or skip the effort and buy some pre-made dough instead. Chris Gan -
