Ingredients

30 min total
  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 1 table spoonragi flour
  3. 1/2 cupgrated carrot 🥕
  4. 1small fine chopped onion 🌰
  5. 1/2 cupcapsicum 🫑 & beans 🫘 fine chopped
  6. Some oil for greasing
  7. Salt, 1/2 tea spoon red chilli, coriander and amchur powder
  8. 1/2 tea spoonkasuri methi

  1. 1

    In a bowl add chopped veges, dry spices & rice flour. Mix all ingredients proper.

    Take water, make it' smooth batter. Not so thick & not so liquid.

    Take non stick pan apply some oil. With the help of big spoon material put on the pan in round shape.

    Apply some drops oil on the both sides of cheela. Cook it on mideum flame.

    Serve it with chutney. Crispy snack is ready.
