In a bowl add chopped veges, dry spices & rice flour. Mix all ingredients proper.

Take water, make it' smooth batter. Not so thick & not so liquid.

Take non stick pan apply some oil. With the help of big spoon material put on the pan in round shape.

Apply some drops oil on the both sides of cheela. Cook it on mideum flame.

Serve it with chutney. Crispy snack is ready.
