Boil 1 litre milk in a thick bottomed vessel.when the milk boils to half, add fried gond to it.

The milk will curdled as soon as you add gond. When the milk starts curdling add boiled and chopped almonds, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and shredded dry coconut to it and stir constantly.

Then add sugar and ghee in it. Stir constantly throughout the process. When the sugar water gets burnt and the mixture becomes thick, turn off the gas. Add ginger powder and pipramul powder to it and mix well. Pour some ghee over the filling and fill it in a container.
