Ingredients

15 minutes
2-3 people
  1. Leftover dal,
  2. 2 eggs,
  3. 2 teaspoon oil,
  4. 1 large onion chopped,
  5. 2 tomatoes chopped,
  6. green chillies chopped
  7. 1 teaspoonhaldi,
  8. 2 teaspoon dhaniya powder,
  9. 2 teaspoon red chilli powder,
  10. 1 teaspoon garam masala,
  11. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder,
  12. salt to taste,
  13. fresh coriander

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai and fry the onions and green chillies till the onions become golden.

  2. 2

    Add the tomato and cook for around 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the masalas and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Beat the eggs and add it to the masala.

  5. 5

    While the egg is still runny, add the dal and keep stirring and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander.

  6. 6

    Serve with butter toasted pav.
