Here’s a quick meal idea: ham and cheese bruschetta made with leftover baguette pieces.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Slice the baguette pieces in half lengthwise. Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream on each piece. Top with diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
