Heat dutch oven over medium-high heat. Fry the Bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside.

Add the Onions into the dutch oven, and fry until the onions are translucent. Add the Garlic and fry for another minute. Add in the flour to make a roux. Stir in the Chicken Stock, and Almond Milk until well combined.

Add in the Potatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, combine Chevin Cheese and Orley Whip till smooth yogurt like consistency.

Add in the Chevin Orley Whip mixture and Bacon. Season with Salt and Pepper. Combine

Garnish with Spring Onion and Feta.
