In this simple and healthy recipe, prepare ahead of time a thirst-quenching drink anytime you need a pick-me-up. For a 3 liter container, makes 4 8-oz servings, 65 calories and 12 g protein each.

Fill a slightly larger than 3 liter container with cold water, leaving a little room at the top.

Add 4 tablespoons of Tim Hortons coffee grounds and stir.

Add 2 scoops of whey protein (as provided by the brand).

Stir well to dissolve the whey protein powder then refrigerate.

When serving, add ice to a large glass then pour 1/4 or 8 oz from the container. Enjoy!
