Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 200 gryougart
  2. 100 grpamagranate pearls
  3. Rock salt
  4. Roasted jeera powder
  5. Black pepper powder
  6. leavesFresh mint
  7. 1 tea spoonghee
  8. leavesSome curry

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend yougart with hand blender. Add all ingredients in it.

  2. 2

    Mix them very well. Keep it in refrigerator for some time. Before serve add tadka on it.

  3. 3

    Heat ghee & add curry leaves in it. It spread on raita. Garnish it with some pearls.
