Ingredients

45 minutes
6 people
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 4ripe bananas
  • 2tsps Cinnamon or (any other spice)
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 3large eggs
  • 1/2 cupsugar (mostly use 1/4 cup)
  • 1 cupvegetable oil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the bananas in a bowl using a fork (as opposed to a blender/food processor) for better outcome

    Add eggs and vegetable oil and mix well

    Add the rest of the dry ingredients. Flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and mix well.

    Prepare your baking tin and add the mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.

    Your cake is ready. Let it cool.
