Cut the cucumber into thirds, then into 1 cm thick sticks. Soak in ice water for about 10 minutes.

Mix the mayonnaise and gochujang together.

If it's completely mixed together like this, it's good.

Dip the ice-cold crispy cucumber sticks in the sauce and enjoy. It's really super tasty!
