The best type of healthy tea is Hibiscus tea. You can drink it hot or cold.
Steps

First wash the Hibiscus flowers. Heat water in a pan.

When the water is hot, add Hibiscus flower petals in it. Add cardamom and let it boil. Now flower petals dark color will be seen coming down into the water.

Now turn off the gas and add honey to it and stir. Strain through a strainer. too.

Serve hibiscus tea hot. You can serve it chilled with ice

Tip: You can add some of your favorite flavors in this tea like mint, lemon grass, lemon zest and Basil all taste really awesome.
