Stuffed Pasta Shells
Another variation of my stuffed pasta shells!
Steps

Assemble ingredients and preheat oven to 375°F

Bring a pot of water and salt to boil and cook pasta according to package instructions, removing from heat 4 minutes beforehand.

Meawhile, thaw spinach by microwaving it for 30-50 seconds and remove access liquid. Set aside

In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, hing, salt and pepper. Add spinach and mix well.

Once pasta shells are done and drained, prep a 9×11 inch dish by spreading 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom.

Stuff shells with ricotta mixture and arrange shells on dish.

Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, and bake for another 15 minutes.

Let it rest for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy !
