I was looking at recipes on Cookpad getting ideas for a meal. When I came across @CrockpotGirl recipe for #CrockpotSalsaChicken. I thought that would be really good with some beans, corn, and pepper. Here is my twist on her dish.

I was looking at recipes on Cookpad getting ideas for a meal. When I came across @CrockpotGirl recipe for #CrockpotSalsaChicken. I thought that would be really good with some beans, corn, and pepper. Here is my twist on her dish.

Prep and trim chicken and put it in a crock pot. Pour salsa over top of the chicken and set crock pot to high for about 3-5 hours low 6-7

After 4 hours on high and 6 on low check the temperature of the meat with a thermometer. take two forks shred the chicken and add back to the crockpot. Stir in a can of mexi beans and set two warms for about half an hour.
