Nendran Banana Bajji

Take nendran Banana, peel them, cut the edges.

Cut into thin slices, slightly thick, soak in water, this prevent bananas for browning

In a deep bowl add besan, rice flour, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, hing, mix everything well.

Add water as required, whisk to make smooth batter.

Add baking soda, mix well. Rub nendran banana slightly. Remove excess moisture.

Heat oil in a pan, dip banana pieces in besan batter, coat both sides properly, deep fry in hot oil. Flip side & deep fry from other side till golden and crispy.

Nendran Banana are ready to serve. Serve hot.
