  • 2 cupground rice
  • 1 cupurad dal
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • Fresh coconut
  • Eno
  • Milk

  1. 1

    Soak urad dal and ground rice overnight. Make a paste add jaggery and coconut into it.

    Add a pinch of salt and a sachet of eno.

    Heat water in a cooker, brush a bowl with oil and pour the batter into it.

    Cook it until three whistles. Tasty jaggery rice cake is ready.
