1 teaspoonbaking powder
1egg
1/4 cupoil
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/4 cupsugar
1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract (optional)

Whisk the egg, extract, salt, sugar and oil

Add the flour and powder and knead
3

Roll into small balls and cover them wit sugar, or sesame seeds or sprinkles and press into desired shapes
4

Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven
