  • 1 cuppickled mustard greens (about 150 grams)
  • 1-2large eggs (use as many as you like)
  • 1small shallot
  • 1Thai chili pepper
  • Seasonings
  • Vegetable bouillon powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Ground black pepper

  1. 1

    Cut the pickled mustard greens into bite-sized pieces. You can chop them finer if you prefer.

    Sauté the shallot until fragrant, then add the eggs and scramble until cooked. Season with bouillon powder.

    Add the pickled mustard greens and stir-fry. Season with soy sauce to taste, then finish with a little ground black pepper and sliced chili pepper.
