Take moong dal in a bowl and wash it 4 times. Drain well add water and Saok for 10 minutes. Drain and pressure cooker it with turmeric and high till 4 whistles. Open after cool down mash the dal nicely &aside for complete cool. Grease the chakri makes with butter. /oil and keep aside add cooks dal in a bowl add all spices and butter add little rice flour at a time and mix.

Add a little water and mix well to make a soft dough don't put rice flour at a home heat oil in a kadai. Take a portion of the dough. Put it into the greased chakli maker.

Make chakli either on a plate.check the oil temperature and put 5to 6 chakli to fry. Fry on a medium flame. On both the sides until crunchy. Remove the tissue paper.

Your delicious butter moong dal chakli is ready.
