Ingredients: 3 cups cooked farfalle pasta; 2 nos cucumbers 🥒 sliced; 2 onions 🧅 sliced; 2 nos carrots 🥕 sliced {blanched}; 2 nos tomatoes 🍅 sliced {deseeded}; 1 small each capsicum 🫑 {red,yellow,green & orange} sliced; 8-10 broccoli 🥦 florets {blanched}; 1/2 cup corn 🌽 kennels {frozen / tin one}; 1/2 cup sliced mushroom 🍄{tin one}; 10-12 olives 🫒{deseeded}; 10-15 small feta cheese cubes; To be mixed together into dressing :-; 2 tbsp pesto sauce {sacla}; 2 tbsp sun dried tomato pesto sauce {sacla}; 2 tbsp lemon 🍋 juice; 3 tbsp olive oil; 1 tsp chili sauce; Salt & freshly crushed black pepper according to taste; Lettuce leaves for garnishing

8-10broccoli 🥦 florets {blanched}
1/2 cupcorn 🌽 kennels {frozen / tin one}
1/2 cupsliced mushroom 🍄{tin one}
10-12olives 🫒{deseeded}
10-15small feta cheese cubes
To be mixed together into dressing :-
2 tbsppesto sauce {sacla}
2 tbspsun dried tomato pesto sauce {sacla}
2 tbsplemon 🍋 juice
3 tbspolive oil
1 tspchili sauce
Salt & freshly crushed black pepper according to taste
Lettuce leaves for garnishing

Toss all the ingredients for the salad except dressing. Chill the salad for at least 2 hours. Just before serving add the dressing to the salad. Mix well & serve on lettuce leaves !!

When using pasta in salad, it is important to rinsed the cooked pasta with cold water & drain it well. Toss a little olive oil through the pasta to stop it from sticking together. With a little imagination u can serve your own salad recipe !!
