Nendran banana wheat loaf
Steps

Blend banana, coffee powder, sugar,cinnamon powder, oil and cream together in a blending jar until a smooth paste is formed.

Pour the mixture in a big bowl/vessel.

Sieve the flour and baking soda in the above mixture. Mix well.

Add chopped nuts and mix.

Grease a loaf mould and pour the mixture in it. Garnish with chopped nuts and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 30 minutes. Check after this. If not done, bake for another 10 minutes. Cover it with a moist towel and let it cool down so that the upper layer doesn't turn hard. Slice it and enjoy!
