This is simple Halim seeds water that iam sharing here. Start with a quarter teaspoon of these seeds if using them for the first time. After about a fortnight, increase the quantity to one teaspoon. Just soak overnight and drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not consume more than two tablespoons of these seeds in a day. Please take care about that.
Not only are they beneficial in hair loss, these are a great way to treat diseases like Anaemia. They improve the Haemoglobin levels in the body. Helps in maintaining overall bone health and strength. They also help in weight loss as these are rich in Fibre.
