8 ozNeufchâtel cream cheese
1 tablespoonconfectioners' sugar or honey
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 dashcinnamon

Place cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Soften in microwave 30 to 45 seconds

Remove from microwave and add vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.

Whip together until smooth. Spread on toast, pancakes etc
