PUMPKIN FLOWER PAKODA..

Take a mixing bowl, add besan & all the other ingredients except oil. Add water slowly slowly.

Whisk it nicely, make a medium thick batter. Add oil now, mix it well. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.

Dip the pumpkin flower one by one in the batter, coat it nicely, deep fry them on moderate flame until light brown. Make them in batches.

Take out in a bowl, plate it, serve it with chutney or sauce..

A nice, tasty tea time snack for rainy day...
