Ingredients

4 people
  • For crust- 3/4 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cupreseeded dates
  • 1 tbspwater
  • Pinchrock salt
  • For Filling- 1 cup cashews soaked
  • 1 cupmango purée
  • 8dates deseeded dates
  • 2 tbspjaggery powder
  • 1/4 tsplemon juice
  • For Toppings -
  • Mango slices few
  • 1 tbsppomegranate seeds
  • sprigsFew mint

Steps

  1. 1

    For crust blend all the ingredients and make fine powder

  2. 2

    Greeshm 8 inch pan with coconut oil

  3. 3

    Spread the crust evenly and press with hand.

  4. 4

    Freeze for 10 mins

  5. 5

    For filling blend all the ingredients into fine paste.

  6. 6

    Now put the fillings on the top of the crust and let tap the pan to evenly spread.

  7. 7

    Freeze for 6 hours and take out thaw for 10 mins

  8. 8

    Now add sliced mangoes and sprinkle pomegranate seeds and few springs of mint.
