Keep all the dry ingredients ready.

Now soak the dry ingredients for about an hour and boil then. Cool down and grind them till a smooth paste is formed.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the paste and cook for about 5-10 minutes or till the sides leave oil.

The chutney is ready. Enjoy it with dosa, idli, parantha or even with rice.
