Chop and soften Onions and Garlic in butter

Increase heat, sear meat, and drain fat. Do not overlook meat!

Add Wet Ingredients, stir well

Add Spice mixture and mix well

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours

Add Masa flour to warm water and stir into a paste then add to chili
- 7
Simmer additional 30 minutes stirring occasionally
