The Indian tea is sweet , spicy & hot with aromatic spices. It is very flavorful. Most of the Indians have ' Chai ' all year round but some limit themselves only to winters & monsoons .
Chai or tea is usually accompanied by pakodas, samosas ,rusk or biscuits.

Boil water with tea leaves, tea masala, galangal, lemon grass & cardamom pods.

Once the tea is brewed & aroma comes add milk & boil for 3-4 minutes.

Switch off the gas. Cover the tea & rest for 5 minutes. Strain the Indian tea in a mug & discard the residue. Serve immediately. Enjoy sip by sip the Indian Masala Chai (Tea).
