Heat ghee in a kadai add quinoa flour & roast and stir continuously on low flame

Once flour changes colour and raw smell of quinoa stops coming add sugar and water.

Keep mixing and stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Also add vanilla essence

When all ingredients are properly cooked including the water switch off the flame.

Halwa is ready, transfer it in the serving dish garnish with chopped cashews and dates & enjoy healthy, gluten free halwa😋
