Gooseberry (Amla) marmalade
Steps

Grate 3/4th gooseberries after washing and drying them on a cloth.

Blend remaining gooseberries in a blending jar till smooth paste.

Pour grated and blended gooseberries in a non-stick pan and add sugar to it. Add sugar to this.

Let this boil till the required consistency is formed. This will take about 20-25 minutes on low flame.

Once done, add few strands of saffron to it and enjoy with bread, roti, parantha.
