Sift the powdered sugar and mix with butter. Add condensed milk and egg yolks, and mix well. Combine cake flour, cheese powder, and milk powder, then mix into a dough. Flatten and refrigerate for later use.

Shape 15 grams of pineapple filling into a ball. Take 22 grams of the chilled pastry dough and form into a ball.

Wrap the pastry around the pineapple filling, press into a mold, and bake in the oven at 392°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
