  • Pastry
  • 100 gramscondensed milk
  • 3egg yolks
  • 300 gramssalted butter
  • 50 gramsmilk powder
  • 50 gramspowdered sugar
  • 450 gramscake flour
  • 35 gramscheese powder
  • Filling
  • 500 gramspineapple filling

    Sift the powdered sugar and mix with butter. Add condensed milk and egg yolks, and mix well. Combine cake flour, cheese powder, and milk powder, then mix into a dough. Flatten and refrigerate for later use.

    Shape 15 grams of pineapple filling into a ball. Take 22 grams of the chilled pastry dough and form into a ball.

    Wrap the pastry around the pineapple filling, press into a mold, and bake in the oven at 392°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
