Steps

Wash lamb liver pieces with lukewarm water and marinate with all spices but not add salt and lemon juice mix well till all liver coat well.
Keep in fridge at least 1 hours or over night. - 2
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the liver and stir fry over a moderately high heat for 5-6 minutes until light brown – don’t cook for longer or the liver will become hard. Remove to a plate, leaving the juices in the pan.

Add the red & green peppers and onion into the pan and stir fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Return the liver to the pan toss everything together on a high heat and cook 1-2 minutes then season with salt add lemon juice fry 1 more minute on a high heat and don’t overcook as they’ll become hard.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves then Serve immediately with rice,naan,pitta bread or chapatti.

➡️✅NOTES:
Adding salt in really end because if added before it’ll harden the liver pieces so every time when you cook lamb / mutton liver add salt in 1 minute before serving.
